DBT CBT ACT IFS Motivational interviewing EMDR

I work collaboratively with clients struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, neurodivergence, addiction, and trauma. My practice also includes LGBTQIA+ folks and people in non-traditional relationship structures, including those whose body image struggles uniquely show up in the LGBTQIA+ and Kink communities (for example, gender dysphoria as distinct from body dysmorphia).

My approach emphasizes self-compassion, mindfulness, and self-reflection to support clients in overcoming challenging thought patterns and behaviors.

As Director of Eating Disorder and Body Image Services at Turn the Mind, I provide individual and group therapy, develop programs, and supervise clinicians across treatment settings. I also design and implement training programs, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives for eating disorder staff to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.

My mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where clients can reconnect with their authentic selves and work toward living fulfilling lives.

A practice rooted in cultural humility.

I provide a sanctuary for individuals navigating identities that are often misunderstood or marginalized in traditional clinical settings. I work actively to support, not pathologize.
