Kathryn Felicetta, LCSW
I offer evidence-based therapeutic modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, and motivational interviewing, specializing in eating disorder treatment, body image issues, and co-occurring mental health/substance use disorders. I am the director of eating disorder and body image services at Turn the Mind, LLC, and provide individual and group therapy, develop programs, and supervise clinicians across various treatment settings.
I work collaboratively with clients struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image issues, neurodivergence, addiction, and trauma, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals and those in non-traditional relationships. My approach emphasizes self-compassion, mindfulness, and self-reflection to support clients in overcoming challenging thought patterns and behaviors.
I design and implement training programs, supervision sessions, and quality improvement initiatives for eating disorder staff, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to best practices. My mission is to create a safe, inclusive space where clients can reconnect with their authentic selves and work towards living fulfilling lives.
