  • 40-week virtual program | Neurodiversity-affirming | Adults 18+ | virtual in NY and NJ

This affirming 40-week virtual DBT skills group is designed specifically for neurodivergent adults—including those with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and other forms of neurodivergence—who are seeking practical, accessible tools to better understand and manage emotions, relationships, and daily challenges.

The group covers the four core DBT modules:

    • Mindfulness

    • Distress Tolerance

    • Emotion Regulation

    • Interpersonal Effectiveness

With a slower, more spacious pace, the 40-week structure allows for extra time to process and integrate each skill. The group emphasizes repetition, clarity, and flexibility to support a variety of learning and communication styles, including visual supports, scaffolded explanations, and collaborative discussion.

This is a neurodiversity-affirming space where participants are encouraged to show up as they are. Stimming, movement, fidgets, cameras off, or alternative forms of communication, such as via chat, are all welcome.

Whether you’re new to DBT or revisiting the skills with fresh intention, this group offers a supportive virtual community rooted in autonomy, validation, and real-life application.

You can join us for 1 module or continue to all of them. We welcome group-only clients; you do not need to be in individual therapy with us.

The group aims to blend the camaraderie among members with expert psychoeducation from group leaders, fostering discussions about various skills and strategies to discover what works best for you in your recovery journey.

  • Making Peace With Food

Similar to our Body Image Process Group, Making Peace With Food is all about creating a warm and welcoming space to explore and improve your relationship with food and exercise. The group is semi-structured using psychoeducation about nutrition to dispute our disordered beliefs around food and exercise. We encourage members to share their feelings and personal experiences with others who can help them feel seen in their struggles. Topics may range from exploring toxic relationships with food and exercise, withstanding the oppression of “food police”, and improving our relationship with exercise and finding joy in movement. The group will meet weekly for 1 hour and has no anticipated end date to meet the individualized needs of each member. You no longer have to suffer in silence and CAN create a life free from the shackles of disordered eating. Join us on your journey to healing your relationship with food and movement.

Parenting & Process Groups

  • Our parenting group offers a supportive community for those navigating the unique challenges of raising adolescents and adult children. Drawing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, we provide practical strategies to enhance communication, set healthy boundaries, and manage emotional responses during times of conflict. Members will gain valuable skills for balancing validation with accountability while fostering independence in their growing children.

Participants will develop a deeper understanding of adolescent and adult development, learn to recognize patterns in family dynamics, and acquire tools for self-care during stressful parenting moments. In our judgment-free environment, parents share experiences, celebrate successes, and work through difficulties together, creating a network of mutual support.

  • In conjunction with Valley Hospital's LGBTQIA+ Center, we are offering this free monthly support group for parents of trans kids and adults. Click here to find out more.

  • Virtual | Neurodivergent-Affirming | Adults 18+ | NY & NJ Residents

This open-format virtual process group is for neurodivergent adults (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, sensory differences, learning disabilities, etc.) looking for a supportive space to connect, reflect, and be real about the experience of navigating a neurotypical world.

Each week offers space for collaborative discussion around the challenges and the strengths of being neurospicy—whether that’s managing executive dysfunction, masking and burnout, unlearning internalized ableism, celebrating special interests, or finding joy in authenticity.

There’s no agenda or curriculum—just a consistent space to be witnessed, validated, and heard in community with others who get it. Show up as you are: stim freely, use fidgets, speak or type, camera on or off—whatever works best for you.

This group is all about shared humanity, collective care, and embracing the beautiful chaos that comes with being wired a little differently.
