  • Individual therapy sessions focused on personalized goals, where you explore your unique experience and apply DBT principles in your life.
  • DBT skills group teaches roughly one skill per week, with home practice so you can master each one. Same high-quality group as our group-only clients.
  • Free out-of-session coaching for moments of crisis. You use the skills in real time, with support from your therapist, and bring them from the room into the world.
Option two
DBT skills group only
  • DBT skills group teaches roughly one skill per week, with home practice so you can master each one. The same high-quality group as our comprehensive DBT clients.
  • Outside individual therapy, if desired, with a therapist of your choosing.
  • No skills coaching is included with this option.
