Adult DBT Program.

Are You Struggling with Overwhelming Emotions, Self-Harm, or Suicidal Thoughts?

Do you feel like your emotions are out of control?

  • Have people told you that you’re “too sensitive” or “too emotional”?

  • Are your relationships intense and chaotic?

  • Have you had thoughts like:

    • “My life feels out of control, and I need to take it back.”

    • “I want to stop feeling this way, but I don’t know how.”

    • “I want to build better relationships and manage my emotions.”

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. When emotions feel overwhelming, believing that life can improve can seem impossible. You’re not alone. Turn the Mind offers compassionate DBT programs for people seeking emotional balance and deeper healing

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Can Help

DBT was designed specifically to help people struggling with intense emotions, self-harm, and suicidality. It’s backed by years of research and has helped countless individuals regain control of their lives.

How DBT Works

Through DBT, you’ll learn skills to:
✅ Manage distress without resorting to self-destructive behaviors
✅ Regulate and change unwanted emotions instead of acting on them
✅ Challenge negative thinking patterns to reduce emotional suffering
✅ Build and maintain healthier, more stable relationships
✅ Clarify your priorities and create the life you want

Don’t just take our word for it…

  • DBT takes time, but it really works. It’s helped me change how I react to situations that would make me ‘lose it’ before. I’ve noticed a big drop in the urge to self-harm, and I’ve been self-harm free for 7 months. It’s been hard, but DBT has shown me that change is possible, and I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made.
