Individual therapy is provided for clients who have been through a trauma and may be experiencing difficulties such as nightmares, flashbacks, anger, and having difficulty trusting other the people. Trauma therapy can help you come to terms with what happened to you and helps you live your life with reduced symptoms, improve relationships, and engender a deeper understanding of your experience. We use both the DBT Prolonged Exposure Technique and EMDR.
