One-Mindfulness

Are you a great multi-tasker? Nope-- you're not!!! As this article in Harvard Business Review (You Can't Multitask) our cognitive science shows that,” We have a brain with billions of neurons and many trillion of connections, but we seem incapable of doing multiple things at the same time. Sadly, multitasking does not exist, at least not as we think about it. We instead switch tasks. Our brain chooses which information to process.” We think we are doing well by multi-tasking, but instead we lose attention and processing efficiency to the brain switching from task to task. Practicing one-mindfulness helps our productivity and the quality of the work we do!!
